These Terms of Use govern your access to the TidyPigeon website and Android application. TidyPigeon is a product of Gralovis Consumer Insights Private Limited (“TidyPigeon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using TidyPigeon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What TidyPigeon provides
TidyPigeon helps users review and organise email, take bulk email actions, review installed applications, understand device-provided screen-time information, and view call and SMS information from supported Android devices.
Features may differ depending on your device, Android version, app version, connected email provider, location, and permissions.
2. Eligibility
You may use TidyPigeon only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you use TidyPigeon on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
You must comply with the age and account requirements imposed by Google, your email provider, and applicable law.
3. Accounts and permissions
Some features require you to connect an email account or grant Android permissions. You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information;
- Connect only accounts and devices you are authorised to manage;
- Keep your device and credentials secure;
- Review requested permissions before granting them; and
- Notify us if you believe your account or device has been accessed without permission.
You may withdraw permissions through your device or account settings, although the related features may stop working.
4. Actions you choose
TidyPigeon performs actions based on your selections. You are responsible for reviewing emails, applications, and other information before confirming an action.
Moving, cleaning, deleting, or organising emails may change information in your connected email account. Recovery or undo options may be time-limited or unavailable because of your email provider’s rules, synchronisation, or later actions.
Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose. Withdrawing a permission or uninstalling TidyPigeon does not necessarily reverse an action already sent to a connected service.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use TidyPigeon for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- Access another person’s account, device, email, calls, or messages without permission;
- Interfere with the service or attempt to bypass security controls;
- Reverse engineer or copy TidyPigeon except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- Introduce malware or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service; or
- Use TidyPigeon in a way that violates another service’s terms or another person’s rights.
6. Availability and charges
TidyPigeon is available for Android through Google Play and is not subscription-based.
Your mobile carrier, internet provider, email provider, or Google Play may impose separate charges or terms. We are not responsible for those third-party charges.
7. Third-party services
TidyPigeon depends on or links to services provided by others, including Android, Google Play, Google, and connected email providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply separately.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, changes, or decisions.
8. Ownership
TidyPigeon, its website, branding, software, design, and original content are owned by Gralovis Consumer Insights or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use TidyPigeon for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of TidyPigeon or its intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of information in your email accounts and on your device.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms part of these Terms. Please review it before using the service.
10. Changes and suspension
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, third-party platform requirements, or product development.
We may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, create a security risk, or if required by law.
11. Disclaimers
TidyPigeon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or email provider, or that every action can be reversed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gralovis Consumer Insights will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of TidyPigeon, including loss of data, email, access, profits, or business opportunity.
Our liability is not limited where doing so would be unlawful.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Gralovis Consumer Insights Private Limited will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights or mandatory laws that apply in your location.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to TidyPigeon, applicable law, or third-party platform requirements. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
