Getting started
What TidyPigeon is, where to get it, and how to begin.
What is TidyPigeon?
TidyPigeon is an Android app that helps you clean and organise email, review installed apps, understand device-provided screen-time summaries, and view call and SMS information from one organised place.
Where can I download TidyPigeon?
TidyPigeon is available for Android on Google Play. An App Store button is not shown because an iOS version is not currently available.
Is TidyPigeon subscription-based?
No. TidyPigeon is not subscription-based.
How do I get started?
Install TidyPigeon from Google Play, connect your supported email account through the app’s sign-in flow, and grant only the permissions needed for the tools you choose to use.
Email & inbox cleanup
Review grouped mail and take clearer actions in less time.
How does TidyPigeon organise my inbox?
TidyPigeon brings related emails together in an organised sender list, helping you review what matters before deciding what to keep or clean.
Can I delete multiple emails at once?
Yes. You can select grouped emails and take a bulk cleanup action instead of opening every message individually.
Can I review emails before taking action?
Yes. TidyPigeon is designed to let you review grouped messages and sender context before confirming a cleanup action.
What actions can I take on emails?
Depending on the connected provider and the screen you are using, available actions may include keeping, moving, organising, or cleaning emails.
Can I undo an email action?
Some recent actions can be undone from the available action history. Recovery may be time-limited or unavailable because of your email provider’s rules, synchronisation, or later actions.
Device tools & permissions
Understand the optional Android tools and the access they require.
How does the installed-app organiser help?
It presents installed applications in a focused view so you can review what belongs on your phone and make your own decisions about what stays.
What does the screen-time feature show?
It organises device-provided screen-time information by app and category into clear day, week, and month summaries.
Does TidyPigeon track daily phone activity?
No. TidyPigeon does not present daily device-activity tracking as a feature. Its screen-time tool organises information provided by Android when you choose to grant the relevant access.
What can I view in Calls & SMS?
With the relevant Android permissions, TidyPigeon can present caller and SMS sender information in focused views that separate known and unknown entries.
Do I have to grant every permission?
No. Choose permissions for the tools you want to use. Withholding or withdrawing a permission may stop the related feature from working.
Privacy & support
Manage access, understand your choices, and get help safely.
How do I control what TidyPigeon can access?
Review Android permissions in your device settings and use TidyPigeon’s account and permission controls for connected features.
What happens if I withdraw a permission?
The related feature may stop working. Withdrawing permission does not automatically reverse actions already completed in your email account or on your device.
Where can I read how information is handled?
Read the TidyPigeon Privacy Policy for details about information, permissions, Google Workspace API data, retention, deletion requests, and your choices.
How can I request access to or deletion of my information?
Email support@tidypigeon.com. The team may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
What should I include in a support request?
Include a short description, the screen or feature involved, your Android and app versions when available, and the steps that led to the issue. Never send your password, verification codes, or unredacted private content.
