TidyPigeon is a product of Gralovis Consumer Insights Private Limited (“TidyPigeon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit the TidyPigeon website or use the TidyPigeon Android application. The information processed depends on the features you use and the permissions you choose to grant.

- Calls, contacts, and SMS information: if you enable these features and grant the relevant permissions, contact details, call-log information, SMS sender details, and related communication records needed to provide those views.
- Actions and settings: actions you take in TidyPigeon, permission choices, recent actions, preferences, and settings associated with your account.
- Technical information: basic device, app-version, network, crash, performance, and diagnostic information generated when the service is used.

At the date shown above, the marketing website does not contain account forms, advertising cookies, or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may still create standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and request time.
2. How information is used
We use information where needed to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve TidyPigeon;
- Authenticate accounts and manage signed-in devices;
- Display and organise emails, installed apps, screen-time summaries, calls, and SMS information;
- Carry out actions you select, such as keeping, moving, organising, or cleaning emails;
- Record permission choices, settings, and recent actions;
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the service;
- Diagnose errors, protect the service, and prevent misuse; and
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
TidyPigeon accesses information only when needed for enabled features and subject to the permissions available through your device or connected account.
3. Google Workspace API data
The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve visible, user-facing inbox features. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Transfers and human access are restricted to the circumstances permitted by Google’s applicable policies, such as providing a requested feature with consent, protecting security, or complying with law.
You can read the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy.
4. When information may be disclosed
Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary:
- To service providers that process information on our behalf to operate, secure, host, or support TidyPigeon;
- To Google, Android, or a connected email provider when required to perform an action you request;
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
- To protect users, TidyPigeon, Gralovis Consumer Insights, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats; or
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law and any consent required by Google’s policies.
Service providers may process information only for the services they provide to us and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Permissions and your choices
You decide which Android and account permissions to grant. You can review or withdraw Android permissions through your device settings and disconnect a connected account through the available account controls.
Withdrawing a permission may prevent the related feature from working. Actions already completed in your email account or on your device may not automatically be reversed when permission is withdrawn.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide TidyPigeon, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention may vary by information type and the feature used.
You may request access to or deletion of information associated with your TidyPigeon account by emailing support@tidypigeon.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete information held in an account or on systems used to provide the service. Email actions are also subject to the retention, trash, recovery, and deletion rules of your email provider.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
You are responsible for protecting your device, connected accounts, and sign-in credentials.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To submit a request, email support@tidypigeon.com. Some rights may be limited where retaining or processing information is required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
9. Children
TidyPigeon is not directed to children. You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and by the connected account provider. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us.
10. Third-party services
TidyPigeon links to or works with services operated by others, including Google Play, Android, Google, and connected email providers. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their services.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when TidyPigeon, applicable law, or our data practices change. The revised policy will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
